Melinda’s role on our team is multifaceted, allowing her to provide the highest quality of service possible to the Glen Mitchell Group’s clients, vendors, friends, and family.
Melinda insures that your home is marketed to its fullest potential, by helping to prepare our marketing materials to best showcase our client’s homes. Melinda helps create flyers, postcards, personal property websites and much more.
She manages the smooth execution of each transaction, making sure no deadline is missed, by diligently monitoring every detail of each transaction from start to finish.
Her background as an Educator and an Art Gallery Coordinator has given her an experienced eye for design and attention to detail. She uses these skills to keep our office running smoothly, and to help our clients stage their homes to show them in the best possible light. She works closely with our clients to prepare their properties from home décor and staging to coordinating our service providers.
Melinda and her family have lived on the Half Moon Bay coastside for 5 years. She loves hiking the local trails, and can be found visiting one of the many local beaches daily. She sings in the praise band at her church and volunteers throughout the community. She loves all that living on the Coastside offers, from outdoor adventures to the proximity to San Francisco.
Josh Mitchell
Technical & Media Specialist
Josh is our tech wizard. His role on our team is to facilitate our creative visions. He is the director and music support to our video advertising. Josh works on the Marketing Team creating our logos and our website design. Josh is a Junior at Santa Clara University working on a double major in Physics and Music. He is a talented musician who spends his free time playing his bass and creating music with his laptop orchestra and other fellow musicians.
Rachael Minard
Team Member
Rachael came on board to handle the maintenance of our properties. Her duties include managing the personal vendors we use to provide quality living spaces to our tenants and peace of mind to our property owners. Rachael is also our move-in move out specialist making sure that each properties condition is recorded and photographed. This diligent eye for detail ensures that our properties stay in tip top condition and keeps us on top of any maintenance needs. Rachael also keeps our website up to date with our most current rental listings and information for our Owners, Current tenants and Potential tenants. Free time for Rachael has her volunteering with her church youth group, baking yummy treats and watching her daughter enjoy motocross.
